The Career Development Journey Workshop will take place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 7, 2025 at Room 802 – Innovation Building, UMT Campus. We are honored to have Mr. Nguyễn Đặng Trường Huy (Mark), Founder & CEO of OKR.BUSINESS, a young talent development platform, to be the key speaker of the “Career Development Journey Workshop – Mindset & Strategies”. With over 20 years of business experience in Vietnam and the global market, Mr. Mark is a business leader with an International MBA in Strategic Management from France and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from the London Examination Board, UK. He has amassed rich knowledge and experience over 12 years in Vietnam and 8 years in the European market, helping many young talents better understand themselves and construct their career development pathways. With a harmonious blend of academic knowledge and extensive practical experience, he is deeply committed to helping the next generation of leaders build successful careers through effective strategies that have proven effective in practice.

The Career Development Journey Workshop will also feature the esteemed guest speaker Ms. Võ Thị Mỹ Duyên, Master of Education Management, a beloved figure in the Vietnamese education community. An entrepreneur, KOL in Education, and Áo Dài speaker, Duyên has an impressive track record and was honored as the “Outstanding Businesswoman of Ho Chi Minh City 2024.” She is currently the Co-founder and Director of Training Faculty at Vtalk Academy, the first and most structured educational ecosystem specializing in communication and presentation skills training in Vietnam.
