The data collection is mainly on the OKR experts platform OKR.Business includes: email, phone, username, login password, customer address (member). This is the information that OKR.Business needs a member to provide required when registering to use the service and for OKR.Business contact confirms when customers register to use the service on the application to ensure the benefits for consumers.
Members will be solely responsible for the security and retention of all of the usage of the service under their registered name, password and email. In addition, members are responsible for promptly notifying the OKR.Business for unauthorized use, abuse, security breaches, retention of third-party registration names and passwords for appropriate resolution.
2. Scope of use of information
OKR.Business uses the information you provide to:
- Providing services to members;
- Send notifications about information exchange activities between members and OKR.Business;
- Prevent activities of destroying a member’s user account or activities of impersonating a Member;
- Communicate and resolve with members in special cases.
In case of legal requirements: OKR.Business is responsible for cooperating in providing personal information of members upon request from judicial authorities including: Procuracies, courts, investigating police agencies related to certain law violations of customers. In addition, no one has the right to infringe on the member’s personal information.

Member’s personal data will be stored until a request is made to cancel or the member himself/herself log in and perform the cancellation. Remaining in all cases personal information members will be secured on the servers of OKR.Business
4. Means and tools for users to access and edit their personal data.
Members have the right to check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information by logging into their account and correcting personal information or requesting OKR. Business does this.
Members have the right to submit complaints about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the Board of Directors of OKR. Business. When receiving these feedbacks, OKR.Business will re-confirm the information, be responsible for answering the reasons and instructing members to restore and secure the information.
