The Internship of Excellence Program (IEP) is a specialized training and development program designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Position: Recruitment Assistant

Recruitment Assistant – Right-hand of the Recruitment Department

Main roles

• Information detective: Search and evaluate potential candidates, ensuring they are suitable for the IEP program.
• Expert in answering questions: Help candidates understand the program, answer questions, and create a good impression of the company.
• Updater: Update recruitment information, ensuring the recruitment process is effective.
• Organizer: Arrange class schedules, support instructors and students during the program.
• Connection ambassador: Maintain good relationships with students, collect feedback, and contribute ideas to improve the program.
• Powerful supporter: Support activities related to marketing and communications.

Requirements:

• Personal laptop and stable internet connection.
• Easy-to-listen voice, good communication.
• Integrity, friendliness, and high sense of responsibility.
• Priority for candidates with recruitment, customer care experience, or a passion for education and training.

Working environment: Transparent, open communication, always ready to support and help each other develop.

Only 02 rounds:

Income:

• 300,000 VND/student: For students who come and register successfully on their own.
• 600,000 VND/student: When you introduce new students and they register successfully.
